    This is the last will and testament of Mr Thomas Baker of Rivers [Rivar] in the parish of Shalboune in the county of Wilts [ ] I will and direct that my just debts funeral and [ ] [ ] expenses shall be fully paid and satisfied by my sons, [ ] monies as soon as providently may be after my decease and whereas my sons John Baker Joseph Baker George Baker and my daughter Betty [Elizabeth] now the wife of George Stockwell of Ham in the county of Wilts [ ] have already received of me several sums of money which together with the sureties I hereby intend to give them will make up the sum of Eighty Pounds apiece I therefore give and bequeath unto my said son John Baker the sum of Ten Pounds also I give unto my son Joseph Baker the sum of Fifteen Pounds also I give unto my son George Baker the sum of Ten Pounds also I give unto my son Charles Baker the sum of Twenty Four pounds also I give unto my daughter Betty [Elizabeth] the wife of the said George Stockwell the sum of Fifty Five pounds also I give to my sons Thomas and Robert Baker living with me the in the capacity of servants and have not received any part of their fortune the sum of Eighty pounds [apiece?] all which said several [ ] I hereby direct shall be paid to my said sons and daughter by my executors elsewhere named within twelve months after my decease also I give unto my Grand Daughters Elizabeth Baker and Sarah Baker [ ] [ ] of our [ ] cash to be paid by my said executors immediately after my decease and as to all [ ] rest [ ] and remainder of my personal Estate consisting of furniture goods chattels plate [ ] china stock in trade implements of husbandry and other efforts of what nature or [ ] [ ] [ ] I may [ ] [ ] of [ ----------- line unreadable-------]
